In the brink of a nuclear milestone where harnessing atoms for alternative energy would benefit mankind, a group of terrorists has stolen atomic materials that they would be using to destroy our civilization....

With this fierce energy, they descended upon villages, cities, and towns across the world, bringing fire and death with them. Our army was the only one to infiltrate their compound, but two days ago we stops receiving regular reports. Thats when they sent me to investigate. I was an Elite, and they risked my fate, knowledge and talent in this brutal battlefield where none of us could be sure of what I would walk in on. If our enemy was successful in harnessing this energy, the possibilities were endless. They could speed and slow up time, open worlds unknown to Earth or create contact with galaxies beyond current reach.

I was right. They shouldnt have sent me. But of course they had to send me. I was their great last hope. Yet the truth was, I was set up for failure from the beginning. They wanted me. They kept suggesting more tests, but the harrowing regimen of injections and inhuman exercises they forced upon me was more than I could bear. I wanted to protest, but at this point, I was just so damn tired that it was easier to let them be. When at last I awoke- not physically, but mentally- I wasnt sure how long I had been beyond my own reason, but the blood that stained my clothes, the smell of burning flesh that haunted my senses and the fear in the eyes of the men before me... I knew time had been lost to me for far too long. My superiors were gone, assassinated by me. My nation was a desolate wasteland, and I was the mastermind and muscle behind its destruction. I was an unstoppable warrior, controlled by tyrannical emperors. But now that my senses and free will had been returned, I was done being the puppet to their puppet master. If I was so invincible, then just let them stop me from turning their empire of lies to ashes.
